Return window

You may return an item within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packing, and complete — pens unfilled, journals unwritten, sticker sheets unpeeled, seals unbroken.

What we accept

  • Item damaged when it reached you.
  • Wrong item sent.
  • Item materially different from its description on this website.
  • Unused item you simply do not want, in original packing.

What we cannot accept

  • Items that have been used, written in, filled with ink, or opened past the point of resale.
  • Items returned after the 7-day window.
  • Items missing parts, packaging or free inclusions.

How to start a return

Email [email protected] or call +91 98923 43609 with your order number and a photograph if the item arrived damaged. We issue a return authorisation within 1–2 business days. Please do not ship anything back before you have it — unauthorised parcels cannot be traced to an order.

Who pays return shipping

If the item was damaged, wrong, or not as described, we arrange and pay for the return. If you are returning an unused item because you changed your mind, the return shipping is yours to arrange and pay for.

Refunds

Once the returned item reaches us and passes inspection, we refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by UPI transfer to an account you nominate. The refund covers the price of the item; the original flat ₹49 shipping is refunded only where the fault was ours.

Replacements

If you would rather have the item replaced than refunded, say so when you write in. We send a replacement as soon as the returned item reaches us, subject to stock.

Damaged on arrival

Report transit damage within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We replace or refund in full, including shipping. We do not offer a warranty or guarantee of our own on any product beyond this — we are a retailer, and any manufacturer terms that come inside the box are between you and that manufacturer.

We are not registered under GST (turnover below the registration threshold), so no GST is charged separately and no GST tax invoice is issued; the listed price is the amount payable.
