Who we are

Orange Gifts & Stationery is an independent retailer of stationery and gift items, operating online and shipping within India. We are a retailer, not a manufacturer.

Products and descriptions

We describe every item as accurately as we can, including quantities, materials and dimensions where that information is available to us. Screen colours vary between devices, so a shade may not match exactly. We do not claim that any product is genuine branded merchandise, certified, awarded or endorsed, and we do not offer a manufacturer warranty of our own.

Pricing and availability

Prices are in Indian Rupees and may change without notice. Stock is limited. If an item sells out between your order and our packing, we tell you and refund that line in full.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. Our confirmation email acknowledges receipt; the contract forms when we dispatch. We may decline an order — for example where an address cannot be verified, a pin code is not serviceable, or an order looks fraudulent.

Shipping, returns and cancellation

Covered by the Shipping Policy, the Refund and Returns Policy and the Cancellation Policy, which form part of these terms.

GST

Orange Gifts & Stationery is not registered under GST. Our annual turnover is below the threshold at which registration becomes compulsory, so GST is not charged separately on any order and no GST tax invoice is issued. The price shown against a product is the full amount payable for that item — nothing is added at checkout except shipping where it applies.

Intellectual property

The text and photographs on this website belong to Orange Gifts & Stationery and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

Limitation of liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts at Thane, Maharashtra.
