This policy explains what Orange Gifts & Stationery collects, why, and what we do not do with it.
What we collect
- To fulfil an order: your name, delivery address, phone number and email address.
- When you contact us: whatever you choose to put in the message.
- Automatically: standard web server logs, and the cookies this website needs to keep a cart and a login session working.
What we do not collect
We do not collect or store card numbers, UPI PINs or banking passwords — UPI payments are completed inside your own banking application. We do not ask for your date of birth, PAN, Aadhaar or any other government identifier.
Why we hold it
Only to pack and deliver your order, to answer your questions, and to meet ordinary bookkeeping obligations. We do not build advertising profiles.
Who we share it with
Your name, address and phone number go to the courier carrying your parcel, because a parcel cannot be delivered without them. Nothing else is shared. We do not sell, rent or trade customer data.
Cookies
This website sets the cookies WooCommerce needs for the cart, checkout and account login. You can block cookies in your browser, but the cart will stop working if you do.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting purposes; enquiry emails are kept while the enquiry is open and for a reasonable period afterwards.
Your choices
Write to [email protected] to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it.
Security
This website is served over HTTPS. Access to order data is limited to the people who pack and dispatch orders.
